Oggie Penev is a real estate broker, investor, and entrepreneur. Born in Bulgaria, he moved to the United States at age 22 with $700 and a one-way ticket. He began his full-time real estate career as an agent in 2005. In 2010, he became a broker and founded Realty Partner, a full-service residential brokerage focused on distressed sales. He also founded ProEx Realty Management, a brokerage specializing in long-term property management, and HP Invest, an investment company focused on virtual fix-and-flip projects and foreclosure auctions, averaging 50 remote flips per year. With over two decades in real estate, Oggie has bought, sold, managed, evaluated, and negotiated more than 1,500 real estate transactions totaling more than $1 billion.

As the founder and CEO of Buy & Hold Inc., Oggie helps investors build long-term wealth by approaching rental ownership as a business, with real estate, financing, taxes, and legal structure working together. At the heart of his business is the Buy & Hold community, where investors connect with experienced peers, attorneys, tax strategists, and mortgage bankers for ongoing education and support.
